We provide one of the most responsive on-site services in Auckland. A technician can usually be on-site within two hours of your call (workload and traffic permitting) even without using our emergency callout services.
Our emergency response service comes with a guaranteed response time of two hours or less in Auckland.
A technician will arrive on-site with enough components for most hardware replacements. If we do not have the components in stock, you can request an urgent 2 hour courier for delivery of the required parts (additional charges may apply).
Even if your computer components are not available, and we cannot fix your computer on-site, a loan computer will keep you and your business operating whilst your computer is being repaired.
