“We were having some problems with our internet and I called up your 0800 number the gentleman I spoke to he told me that some one will be in between 11- 12pm and Geoffrey was here about 11.20am which was great, Geoffery was so helpful he fixed our net and showed me how to fix the problem next time as well not only that, he actully worte it for me as well, after that he got me to fix the problem myself which I thought was wonderful, Geoffery was just great. I come from a customer service background as well and it’s great to get that wonderful customer service and he did go a extra mile for us, I must say that I haven’t come across anyone so helpful as Geoffery, and if there is any problem next time with our computers I sure will be making a request for Geoffery.
